How to Focus on What's Going Well

Hello there lovely people!!

It's been a long, long while. I know.

I swear it's for a legit reason!

I had a little....incident.

The result was a broken jaw, crushed sinuses, and 20 stitches in the form of a through and through from the teeth into my lip. Needless to say, I was detained for a bit.

But I'm back!! And I find it amazing the Video 3 of the Wellness Success Breakthrough series is this: Focus on What's Working.

It's easy to get distracted by What's Not Working. Or What's Going Wrong. Or What's Not Happening. But study after study has shown that when you focus on what IS working, you're more positive, and then see more positive. It's cyclical. You see what you want to see.

One example of this is the idea of 'Fixing Flaws'. Instead, try focusing on using strengths. Check out this video here to see how to put this into practice.


In Video 4 we talk about Goal Setting.

I'm sure this isn't a new concept for you.
