Doing all the right things isn't going to make you healthy or lose weight.
I understand why the words 'healthy' and weight loss conjure thoughts of exercising every day, eating super clean, getting 8 hours of sleep, and drinking more water than you're pretty certain is humanly possible. It's exactly what the Health and Wellness industry tells you.

And I believed it too!
I checked those boxes:

Intense daily exercise,
Eating as clean as possible (not to mention as little as possible, #countingcalories),
Trying to sleep with a racing mind (but hey, I was in bed for those 8 hours!),
and drinking a gallon of water a day.

I also found myself frustrated when the scale didn't budge, hangry as all get out, and exhausted!

None of those outcomes are healthy, nor could be considered as living in a place of wellness.

Being healthy is not a matter of Doing.
It's a matter of Being.

Your health isn't affected by what you do,
but who you are, what you think about what you're doing,
and trusting yourself in the process.
If you're like most of the people I work with, you're probably really good at Doing.

And because of that, you've also probably had success in areas of health as well.

You've lost weight.
You started a fitness routine.
You did Whole30 for the whole 30 days!

And these are great!
I'm not surprised you did it because you're great at doing!

So let me ask: where did the wheels fall off?

Perhaps it wasn't sustainable?
Perhaps it's not something you can do consistently. (Yet!)
Perhaps it's not something you want to be doing at all.

I get that. Trust me. I've been in all 3 of those spaces.
Imagine Doing Less.
Imagine feeling peaceful in the process.
Imagine letting it be easy.
Here's the uncomfortable, beautiful truth:
You will always find a way to do what's important to you.
You take care of the things you love.

You can not shame yourself into loving yourself.

Your brain is hardwired for comfort.
Not change.
Not struggle.
And certainly not deprivation.
Healthy health and wellness is about the energy and attitude you bring to your doing.
Everyone ‘knows’ the basic principles of losing unwanted weight.

How many people ‘know’ this yet still struggle to see results?
Or maintain them?
As you can probably guess, millions of people, right?
So what do they do?
They go out and ‘learn’ more about what they already ‘know’.
Diet must not be working. Go try another one.
Workout program isn’t cutting it (or doesn’t exist) – time to find that one that will fix it.
It’s an exhausting, endless journey of ‘learning’ and Doing more.
But the results never change.

Sounding a little too familiar?
Of course it is, because that's how most of us have be taught to approach health and wellness in general.

But I'm here to take a stand in this industry and I'm going to say:
Your relationship with your health and wellness is driven by the ideas and beliefs hiding in your mental and emotional blind spots.

Those are the places sabotaging you over and over.
Those blind spots are what’s driving your thoughts,
Leading to the actions,
Creating the results,
Regardless of what you ‘know’:
I know I need to eat more veggies; I know I need to move my body; I know it's good for my health.
Your mental and emotional blind spots are what's keep you on the struggle bus.

Approaching your health and wellness from a place of struggle works...until it doesn't.
I know you already know this.
The worst part is that it leaves you feeling depleted, exhausted, and generally worse about yourself which is the exact opposite of why you began the process in the first place, right?

It's time for a totally different approach.
One that starts from the inside.

If you want to get off the struggle bus you're going to have to make a change.
If you're going to truly make a change, it's going to have to start with the way you think, feel, and act,
so that you can discover those beliefs hiding in your blind spots.

The challenge with that:
YOU can't see your blind spots!

Only once you’ve challenged your beliefs can you experience a real shift, and a real change in results.

For example:
If you've resonated with anything I said above, you're familiar with that broken cycle.
But that means you've taken action before.

Have you stopped to acknowledge that?
(If you're like most people, you spend far more energy on beating yourself up.)

You've made the courageous decision to do something new, to be uncomfortable and do something different.
Most people aren't willing to take that step, but you have.
Acknowledge yourself for that!

Doesn't that feel different?
What action might you take from this energy versus before?

You need to acknowledge what you're thinking.
Acknowledge what you're feeling.
Then learn to reframe it in a way that serves you and your goal.
In this program we'll focus on 3 things:
Clarity
What do you want?

What works for you and what doesn't?

What do you actually have to do to get there?
Consistency
What realistically works for you?

What's getting in the way?

What's helpful?

How can you make that happen?
Ease
What if you allowed this process to be easy?

What would that look like?
How would that feel?

What would need to happen for this to happen?
For each person, these answers will be different.
That is why health and wellness is not a one size fits all model.
That is why I love private coaching.
But behind the individuality we still have commonality.
What's most personal is most general.
And that's the power of group programs.
Both are of high value, which is why it was important to me to give you both:
A weekly group session as well as a weekly touch points for private coaching.
We treat ourselves like we perceive ourselves.
The C.C.E.
Model
Yes, there are certain truths to health:
Veggies good - Sugar not as good.
The body needs to move and the body needs to rest.
Water is important.
That's the health science component.

Brain Science is like I described above: How are you processing the Doing? The action?
Our habits are stored in the brain, and the brain doesn't know the difference between a 'good' habit and a 'bad' habit. It only knows what's been programmed. Habituated. Why not make the entire process easier by working with your brain, rather than against it?

What is often not discussed is the wellness aspect of Health and Wellness:
Life Balance; Stress Management; Emotional Management.
These topics have come more to the forefront of the conversation because that's what more individuals are focusing on: They Know the Value of these!
This is where mindset magic comes in.
The brain is the computer;
The Mind is the operating system.
In this program we'll upgrade the system so that everything runs better, smoother, easier.

Finally, there's Play!
This may be one of the most overlooked, but extremely valuable aspect of, well, everything!
What if you can approach your health and wellness in a fun, playful way?
How would you show up differently?
